Peter has been in practice for over 23 years and has worked in some of Australia’s largest legal and accounting firms. Peter’s focus has always been on commercial law including conveyancing, business transfers, franchising, company law, partnership, and taxation advice. Peter was awarded a Masters of Laws from the University of Queensland in 1998 and accredited by the Queensland Law Society as a Property Law Specialist in 2003.

Jonathan is our Senior Associate and has extensive experience in leasing, business acquisitions and sales, property law, succession, Enduring Power of Attorney and conveyancing. He also has experience in family law, corporation law, compulsory acquisitions as well as trusts. Jonathan was admitted as a solicitor in 2005.
Graham Knight B.A.,LL.B. Senior Solicitor
Graham is our senior solicitor and was admitted to practice in New South Wales in 1979 and in Queensland in 1981. He has extensive experience in a wide variety of litigation including commercial, company, civil, construction, family and criminal law. He has considerable experience in business, partnership and shareholder disputes. Graham has also been involved with leasing, securities and estates.
