Please note the new change to the Property Agents and Motor Dealers Act 2000.

1/ There is now a compulsory five day cooling-off period for all residential property sales other than auctions as from Monday, 29 October 2001.

2/ Therefore the following forms have been replaced/changed from 29 October 2001:

  • Form 27a
    Selling Agents disclosure to Buyer (replaces Form 27)

  • Form 30a
    The compulsory new Warning Statement for all residential property sales except for those at auction (replaces Form 30)

  • Form 31a
    Declaration by Seller (replaces Form 31)

  • Form 32a
    Lawyer's Certificate (replaces Forms 32, 33 and incorporating new certificate)
